This database is designed to help sellers keep track of sales, print package labels and to print a packing slip for ebay auction items. The Filemaker application is required to run this template. It is not designed for "power sellers" who have hundreds of items a week. It is for ebay sellers with less volume who want to keep track of sales and aren't very interested in typing sales information into fields.

EBay sends the seller the "end of Auction" email <eBay Item Sold> with particulars concerning a sale (see above). If you have eSeller database and the eBay email open , you can select the data from the email and copy it . Make sure your copy includes part of the double line (====). Continue to copy beyond the address to include the words "United States". (See example above)

Then go to the auction database and choose "Make New Record" from the top button menu. You will be taken to the Paste text layout. |
