You must paste the text into the large white field. At the top of the screen is a Parse Text to Fields BUTTON. This button is selected after pasting the eBay data in the white field. Extra spaces in the lines and blank lines are removed. The data from the "input" field is parsed and inserted in the correct fields. A new record is established and the user is sent to the browser mode of the database. The "back to main database view" button would be selected if the user changed their mind and decided not to begin a new record. Some advantages this database offers are automatic data insertion into fields and generation of a mailing label and a packing slip. |
