Near the bottom of the Main layout is the status, buyer address and notes area. The status area of the database has "X" boxes" that you can "click" on or off. You can type in the dates for the auction payment and mailings.

As a seller, you will get an email with the buyer's name and address. Copy the information and Paste it into the buyer Address Field and press the "Move Address into Fields" button. The address will be parsed into separate fields. If the last line is not parsed, it means there wasn't a return character after it. Press the return key at the end of the line and choose the button again.

Near the top of the browse Mode layout and on the right side are packing slip buttons.

You can choose the Purple "View Packing Slip "button to look before you print.

You can choose the Blue "Print Packing Slip & Label" button to have the record you are currently looking at in the browse mode printed as a packing slip on your printer.

At the top of the printed Packing slip (in large letters) you will see an address label that you can cut out with a scissors and tape to the outside of the box or package you are mailing.

The buyer provides this information. Since it is pasted into the database address field, the chance of a seller typing error with the address is almost eliminated.
