Spring: March through April

$65 Air Conditioner check

Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning cleans your filters and checks your air conditioner to see that it's working properly before summer arrives and you absolutely have to have it.  Most people wait until the first hot day of the spring/summer to turn on the air conditioner, only to find that it isn't working properly.  With everyone experiencing air conditioner problems on the same day, it can often take days before service can be scheduled.  Let Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning check your air conditioner in early Spring and give you peace of mind for when that first hot day hits.

Fall: August through September

$65 Furnace cleaning and checkout

Bob's Heating offers furnace cleaning each late summer and fall to clean the furnace and filters, check your furnace for potential carbon monoxide leaks, and verify that the heater is working properly.  Like with air conditioners, most people will leave their furnace off until the first snow of the fall, only to find that there's a problem.  With so many people experiencing furnace problems on that first cold and snowy day, it can take days before service men can get to you.  Please call us at (303) 424-3217 to give yourself the peace of mind before the weather turns cold.

Year around

Buy/replace your furnace and air conditioner at the same time and save

When replacing a furnace or air conditioner or buying a new system, purchase a furnace and air conditioner together.  By buying a matched system, the two will work together better, match in Btu output and require less service.  Matching an older furnace to a new air conditioner or visa versa can give a mismatch in components, efficiency, output, etc.  By buying both systems together, you save not only on labor and service charge costs, but on long term service visits as well.
