The above names are the control operators of the WX9MCS repeaters it is their responsibility to monitor the repeaters and to make sure everyone is following all FCC rules and N9MCS Eric's rule's for using his systems. All ARES/Skywarn functions have priority use for the 444.725 and 147.255 and/or any EMERGENCY.
