Welcome to the Chicago Cup Challenge 2008 Online Entry

Please read and follow instructions carefully

Please fill in the appropriate information and click on the Submit button when finished. An entry confirmation  page will appear to acknowledge the receipt of your entry registration information. Use your browser's print feature to print two (2) copies of the confirmation page. Cut out the printed portions and use as bottle labels. Use your browser's Back feature to register another entry using the same Brewer's Information, then change the appropriate Entry Information. Use the "Return to the form" feature link on the confirmation page to clear all the registration information.

The Chicago Cup Challenge online entries are $7.00 for the first entry, and $5.00 each additional entry; (paper entries are $7.00 each).
Please make checks payable to BOSS.

Non-BOSS Judges and stewards ONLY may walk in entries on Saturday morning.  All walk-in entries must be pre-registered and they must have their entry fees paid by the March 22nd deadline.
