CNC Control Software/Operating System I are currently running the BDI (Brain Dead Install) distribution of EMC (includes RTLinux) on a Dell 233MHz / 32MB PC. I'm in the process of configuring NIST's EMC control software. The installation was really easy. The most difficult was repartitioning my hard drive to run Linux and Windows OSes (Thanks Matt). Once that was finished, I had EMC running (but not configured, of course) in about 2 hours. EMC Links |
