George Herbert Walker Bush and the Iraq- Iran War

Morales and Payne will edit and make Internet-friendly Payne's writ today.

He refused to do illegal electronic lock breaking for the FBI and refused to abuse classification rules.

Payne is an official DOE whistleblower.

Payne got an airline ticket paid for by Heart of America to attend the PIE conference in 1993.

The most prominent whisleblower ever, of course, is Ronald Reagan.

Reagan, indirectly, told the Iranians who masterminded killing between 150,000 to 3/4 million of their kids.

While it is now poised to go to war to oust Saddam Hussein, Washington developed an alliance with the Iraqi leader in the 1980's to prevent an Iranian victory in the Iran-Iraq war. ...

The man sent by then-president Ronald Reagan and vice president George Bush on several missions to the Middle East, including Baghdad, at the time was none other than the current U.S. Defense Secretary, Donald Rumsfeld. ...

In February 1982, to prove its goodwill, the Reagan administration decided to remove Iraq from its list of states deemed to be sponsors of terrorism, despite sharp protests from Congress.

In the federal government you really can't do anything important without getting approval from someone above.

Approval for spy sting on Iran had to have the highest level of approval.

Payne knew what they were doing. But not how they were applying it. Until Hans Buehler phoned.

We have, of course, informed the victims who the likely mastermids are.

Let's get off all of this heavy stuff for some fun stuff since we are in UTAH!

Payne is an official DOE whistleblower.

Former Albuquerque mayor Jim Baca was a speaker the PIE conference in 1993..

Here's a joke Baca told the audience.

The pope was praying.

The pope was lamenting the problems in the world.

The phone rings.

The pope answers.

This is god.

I'm listening to your prayers.

I have good news. And bad news.

The good news is that I agree with what all you are praying for.

The bad news is that I'm phoning from Salt Lake City.

Settlement time yet?

Ronald Reagan blew the whistle on the spy sting.

George Herbert Walker Bush, then VP, likely masterminded, along with Inman, and Turner, the Iraq-Iran war.

Support for Attacking Iraq Begins to Wane Across the U.S.

We hope you are all wising-up about what Bush1 did during the Iraq/Iran war.

Look at the data.

Saddam Hussein thought he was easily going to win the war with Iran with US support, then get Kuwait.

But then the Iranians got help from the US: Iran Contra.

This must of have upset Saddam.

Iran and Iraq probably finally figured out that Bush1 was maximizing the slaughter of kids by keeping the two countries about equal militarily. And destabilizing both countries.

Bush1 was stupid enough to think he could get away with this. But, alas, along comes internet, cheap computers, and pro se fights. Thursday October 16, 2002 09:26

Recent congressional investigations are getting closer to what George Herbert Walker Bush likely masterminded.

There are between 150,000 to 3/4 million dead kids here, not counting the Iraqi kids, of course.

Perhaps with the help of some other psychotics.

U.S. sent Iraq germs in mid-'80s

The shipments were sent to Iraq in the late 1980s, when that country was engaged in a war with Iran, and Presidents Reagan and George Bush were trying to diminish the influence of a nation that took Americans hostages a decade earlier and was still aiding anti-Israeli terrorists.

"Iraq was considered an ally of the U.S. in the 1980s," said Nancy Wysocki, vice president for public relations for one of the U.S. organizations that provided the materials to Hussein's regime.

Let's think positive.

How can we arrange to send those who masterminded the killing of the Iran kids to the Evin Prison in Teheran for question and answer time? This may be a bit vindictive.

Let's think even more positive.

How can we get a proper investigation of what happened here and get these messes peacefully settled?

David Kahn wrote.

Thursday, March 20, 1980, 09:30 David Kahn addressed Congress, the Committee on Government Operations.

Kahn stated to the committee,

[A] final benefit is that refusing to restrict cryptologic studies erects yet another rampart against the chipping away of American liberties. Is this rampart, again, worth the danger to national security? Yes, because the danger is not as acute as the N.S.A. wishes people to see it. N.S.A. wants people to think that publication of cryptologic material would slam shut its window into the Third World countries. In fact such publication has little effect. ... The national security dangers are not so great as to dismantle individual freedom.

For all of these reasons, then, no limitation should be placed on the study of cryptology. And beyond them all lies something more fundamental, in the end, will probably prevent any restrictions anyway. It is called the First Amendment. I thank you.

Tarpley and Chaitkin documented some of Bush senior's other projects.

We may be on the trail to reveal who in the US Federal government masterminded and negotiated the deal to pay Saddam to kill the Iranian kids?

Be sure to read American Caligula.

The necessity of writing this book became overwhelming in the minds of the authors in the wake of the ghastly slaughter of the Iraq war of January-February 1991. That war was an act of savage and premeditated genocide on the part of Bush, undertaken in connivance with a clique in London which has, in its historical continuity, represented both the worst enemy of the long-term interests of the American people, and the most implacable adversary of the progress of the human species.

Bush senior, Inman, Turner, and Casey are top suspects, as evidence is gathered on internet.

Bush senior, of course, had the most power.

These guys acting together with Reagan partially [Alzheimer's] in charge may have may have led to the greatest spy sting in history. And spy bust thanks mostly to the Gipper announcing how they did it on TV!

Madison Judson faxed the below reference to Payne.

THE MENACE OF MADNESS IN HIGH PLACES

FOREWORD

It is high time that the race of man recognize that many, perhaps most, of its rulers have been mad. The course of events charted by these psychotics in power has been a dirty, cruel, bloody road along with men, essentially decent men, have been led to horrible suffering, starvation and pointless, premature deaths.

This book is intended to be a polemic, an evangelistic tract to preach the doctrine that all rulers should be looked upon as potentially crazy, and that mankind must guard against them if it is to survive.

The matter is now urgent and not academic anymore because of one simple fact, Man now is in possession of the means of complete destruction of us all. The atomic bomb ushered in a new historical era. The odds are at least even that it will be the last era in human affairs. No Nero, no Stalin, no Hitler, no Nixon must ever again have this power in his unstable, psychotic hands.

Now we have W trying to kill, perhaps his father's former business partner, Saddam.

Here's what partially triggered the event

On November 4, 1979, Iranian militants stormed the United States Embassy in Tehran and took approximately seventy Americans captive. This terrorist act triggered the most profound crisis of the Carter presidency and began a personal ordeal for Jimmy Carter and the American people that lasted 444 days.

Heads of both the National Security Agency and the CIA had to be involved.

From 1976-1977 Bush served as Director of the CIA. In 1979 he began an unsuccessful campaign for the Republican nomination for President. He lost out to Reagan. From 1981-1989 he served as Vice President. Bush played an active role as Vice President.

CIA Directors in time frame of interest

Bush G. 1976-77 Ford
Adm. Turner Stanfield 1977-81 Carter
Casey William J. 1981-87 Reagan
Webster William H. 1987-91 Reagan

Now NSA directors in the time frame of interest and later for litigation reasons are

Jul. 1977-Mar. 1981 Vice Adm. Bobby Ray Inman, USN
Apr. 1981-Apr. 1985 Lt. Gen. Lincoln D. Faurer, USAF
May 1985-Jul. 1988 Lt. Gen. William E. Odom, USA
Aug. 1988-Apr. 1992 Vice Adm. William O. Studeman, USN
May 1992-Jan. 1996 Vice Adm. John M. McConnell, USN
Feb. 1996- Lt. Gen. Kenneth A. Minihan, USAF

We include Minihan since Morales and Payne sued him.

What information was provided to Saddam Hussein exactly? Answers to this question are currently being sought in a lawsuit against NSA in New Mexico, which has asked to see "all Iranian messages and translations between January 1, 1980 and June 10, 1996". [7]

Keep in mind that we are dealing with incompetent killers of Iran kids. So we should expect even more incompetent behaviors.

In a nutshell here's what happened.

We hope you are figuring out the story of how the Iraq/Iran war came about with the help of the CIA, NSA, George Herbert Walker Bush, covert channel work, and Sandia National laboratories ... and Saddam Hussein too.

And how this mentality continues today with W wanting to kill Saddam.

Key policy makers in the administration of the present US Government had been involved in the Bush I 1991 Gulf War.

Let's hope these messes get settled soon so that Morales and Payne can pursue other senior citizen interests ... like fixing cars.
