Perhaps we are facing a time of less energy production, not more? And the cost of energy may increase? While the below flyer appears to be comprehensive with respect to city and county water, we note an apparent omission of addressing the electricity generated by coal and natural gas to power the operation. PNM employee Steve Martin points out the projected increase in electric power use of the Rio Grande water project. |
