CH Parisfield Emmett, my first Griff, and still my baby! Emmett was bred by my mentor, Sharon Sakson of Parisfield Brussels Griffons. Not only is Sharon a highly respected breeder, but she is also an AKC Judge. Emmett was expertly shown by professional handler, Mr. Todd Clyde.
Emmett as a puppy...who can resist that face?
When I bought Emmett, I was only looking for a pet. Sharon had given me a lot of information about the breed and clubs I could join, and I became very intrigued with the sport of showing dogs. The more I researched the breed, the more convinced I became that Emmett had grown into a fine example of the Brussels Griffon. When he was about two years old, I took him back to Sharon for her opinion. She was very surprised and pleased that he had matured so well, and she put me in touch with Todd Clyde, who handled him to his AKC championship. I am very grateful to both Sharon and Todd for introducing me to the world of show dogs.
