Jenny and John were married on April 28th in Kilmore Quay, Ireland. The reception was held at the Danby Lodge near Rosslare. Jessica and Dad traveled over for the wedding. A few days before the big day, Jess injured her ankle while jumping on a trampoline. So the flower girl had to make her way down the aisle with a cast on her foot. It didn't seem to bother her at all, and she was on her feet all day. She was even spotted dancing with the best man later in the evening. |
We built our first website in 2001 when Jessica was born, primarily as a means to share photos of her with the rest of the family. The site featured a daily journal, or blog, that gave an account of Jessica's early days on the planet. Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated in several years. We decided to keep it for posterity in our archives pages. |
Paul's Uncle Robert died in April 2007. In March 2006 he was discovered to have lung cancer and was told that there was no chance of recovery. Robert faced his impending and unwelcome death with strength and resolve. Jessica is sad that she did not get a chance to meet him. |
Max has now learned to crawl, and has set forth on an exploration of the house. Dad is quickly trying to get gates installed to keep him away from danger zones, such as the kitchen and the stairs. He is now able to pull himself up to a standing position, and is very happy with this newly discovered skill. |
