I'm a 30-something computer geek by trade, currently employed at a sizeable Utah-based healthcare organization.  I'm also a Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, so hooah to all of you current and prior servicemembers.
In past lives I lived in Oak Harbor, Mt. Vernon, Seattle, and Tacoma, WA.  I've been a burger flipper, bus boy, dish washer, office go-fer, old people assister, motel clerk, and data entry peon.  I've also worked or volunteered my way through three different community radio stations, either as on-air host, music librarian, or program director.  For fun I once scripted a 12-part serial for a community radio science fiction series.  Most recently I was one of the three winners of the Writers of the Future contest, for Quarter 3, vol. XXVI.

Thanks for visiting.  If ever I achieve something truly worthy of note, you will be the first to know about it.
