Parse the CSV filenames for the file count and warn if
it does not match the actual lines in the CSV file with a new status icon.
Added a Show Wrong Count filter to easily find these CSV files.
Added a Rename CSV File command to both the Edit and
Dupe views. The Rename CSV File dialog has a Fix File Count button to
easily fix or add the file count based on the actual lines in the CSV file,
and a Name Like Match button that names the CSV file exactly like the
matching CSV file (if it has one, Dupe views only) except with the correct
file count.
Fixed problem dropping the root of a drive onto the
Folders pane.
