Homework is 10% of your grade.

Please review these instructions so that you understand what I expect to see when I check your work.

• The first number in the assignment if the chapter, the second number is the section of the chapter.
  Example: 2.3 (2-3) is chapter 2, section 3

• The assignment is due the day after it appears in the weekly assignment list.

• You must complete the following for each assignment (In the order listed):

  1. Write out new terms for the section and their definitions.

  2. Read the section.  

  3. Write out the solutions for any practice problems in the section.
     (Do not leave a problem blank, write a statement explaining what you do not understand)

  4. Write the answers to questions/problems in the Section Review at the end of each section.
     (Do not leave a question/problem blank, write a statement explaining what you do not understand)
