INDIANA SPRING WILDFLOWERS

My wife Mary and I enjoy hiking and walking in the Parks and Forests in Indiana, and in the spring Mary especially likes the wildflowers. We have already enjoyed the Hepatica at the Ft Harrison State Park, and the wonderful Daffodil plantation at the Link Observatory south of Mooresville, Indiana.

This week we saw the first of the rare Lady Slipper flowers that grow in the State Forest. Here are some pictures of those flowers along with a few other springtime flowers and plants.
