Artisans, Craftsmen, Apprentices, and Installers

Our custom made conservatories require a level of accuracy and precision that is unmatched in the construction business.
We expect a high standard of craftsmanship from our employees and we require accountability for the work they perform.
Craftspersons
Our employees are involved in every aspect of the fabrication process, including site surveys; design; woodworking; metalworking; glazing; finishing; shipping; and installation. Multi-tasking is a daily requirement in our work environment.
We require self-motivated, energetic, creative people who take pride in their work and in their accomplishments.
Computerized drawings and cut-lists are employed throughout our fabrication process. Training is provided in all aspects of our electronic design and construction modelling.
Apprenticeships
Accepted applicants will be given a probationary period of evaluation.
At the completion of the probationary session, the applicant will be given a report on his or her progress.
Acceptance into our apprenticeship program will require the applicant to demonstrate attention to detail; eagerness to learn new skills; retention of instructions; and the desire to succeed.
Apprentices will train with accomplished artisans who will encourage the mastering of new skills.
British Conservatories' glass structures are located throughout the United States.
Our employees are involved in the installation process and will be required to travel several times a year for the purpose of delivering and assembling our creations.
