What's Covered in the Class Telephone customer service skills through interactive classroom discussion covering well-established corporate standard practices. Hands-on lab experience installing Windows XP, troubleshooting common hardware and software problems, and configuring network and other advanced settings.
Testing for Certification Tests will be administered in the training class by the instructor. Upon passing the certification test, your official certificate will be mailed to your address.
Testing fees are included in the price of the course. Retakes will be available online. You may retake the test as often as you like for no additional fee.
