Dear CORRE Members,

I am sorry I am not able to attend today’s meeting. I know how important these issues are to you and your families.

As you know, I have always tried to do what I can to help all of you on not only the pension issues but any issues facing the Oak Ridge Complex. I have heard from many of you over the past couple of weeks and I appreciate you informing me of your concerns. As today’s meeting is taking place, my staff in Washington is working on a letter to the Department of Energy, the Contractors, and the National Nuclear Security Administration. In the letter I will be sure to express your concerns over the pension adjustment rates and the spousal rates.  I will also be inviting Congressman Wamp and Congressman Duncan to sign onto this letter as well.

Please know I will continue to do everything I can for you while I am in Congress.

                                                            Sincerely,

                                                            Lincoln Davis

                                                            Member of Congress
