E-mail Addresses for Legislators Associated with DOE Sites

The following table contains the names of several DOE sites, the state and congressional district hosting them, and the names and e-mail addresses of the senators and representatives of the state and districts. Many of the e-mail access routes allow messages from constituents only; alternate access routes are being sought. These legislators, through their constituents, share an interest with Oak Ridge retirees in that the DOE policy that prohibits contractor reimbursements for any improvement in the existing defined benefit plans at the Oak Ridge site will prohibited the same at any other site also. NOTE: It is not always clear exactly what the nature of the pension benefit plans are at all sites and some sites may have contracts such that they are not affected. DOE indicated that some forty sites were involved but they have not supplied a list.

[1] – These sites may not have the pension problem (i.e. DOE reimbursement).

These legislators have spoken out against Sect. Bodman's N 351.1 or have offered to look into the Oak Ridge problem. There is some duplication with the first table but these should be considered as concerned legislators.
