DescriptionRtfSave is a shareware plugin for FrameMaker that saves all files in a book in Rich Text Format (RTF). RtfSave uses the filter provided with FrameMaker, so the resulting RTF files will be the same as if you had individually saved each document as RTF. RtfSave simply adds the convenience of saving all files with a single command. Each RTF file is saved in the same directory as the corresponding document file. RTF filenames are created as follows:
As each file is saved, the name appears in the status line at the bottom of the book window. UsageIn the book window, choose the File menu command: File > Utilities > Save all files as RTF Installation1. Copy both files, the .txt and .dll, to your maker\fminit\plugins directory. 2. When you restart FrameMaker, the new menu command will be available. CompatibilityRtfSave works with FrameMaker 6.0 through 8.0 on Windows. Unicode in filenames is not supported.
