It's been a while since I wrote any poetry, but here's some of my earlier works. I'm always happy to hear comments -- what works? what doesn't?

An untitled poem I wrote in the October of my freshman year of college.
"Lives Aflame," written in the summer of 1989.
Two songs I've written: "Broken Chords" and "Lost or Stolen or Strayed?" (bonus points to anyone who can identify the source of the title!)
"Catch Me If You Can", which I think is my favorite.
A bit of doggerel about modern office life, called "Office Lament".
"The Devil Came to Callahan's," a ballad (of sorts) set in the Callahan's Place of Spider Robinson's stories (or, more accurately, in the version of that Place found on the newsgroup alt.callahans).
