We are proud to have been selected as participants in the October 1999 Fulbright Memorial Fund Teacher Program, a three-week study visit to Japan. The goal of this web site is to share my experiences with my Culinary Arts class, school, and community. In the spirit of the Fulbright program, I welcome my fellow Fulbright collaborators to join hands and share our combined experiences with all our students, schools, and communities.
