NEWS FROM THE NORTH OGDEN HISTORICAL MUSEUM

In case you haven't heard, the Museum is putting together a new picture book from the years of 1900 to 1950. It will be out next summer. The book will be full of pictures with historic information about each picture. WE NEED MORE PICTURES! If you have pictures that could be used in this book, please call Holly Fuller at 801 782-3949 or LaVern Cottrell at 801 782- 4458. They will arrange to have your pictures scanned. The pictures must be original prints. You do not have to give us the prints, only let us scan them. 2010 CALANDERS ARE FOR SALE AND MAKE GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFTS. CHECK OUR WEB SITE FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES THAT ARE SELLING THEM AND THEY ARE ALSO AT THE CITY OFFICE. The museum will be closed from December 17th to January 7, 2010. There is going to be a new look when we open in January. We hope you will come to see us and learn more about North Ogden.

The museum is also collecting artifacts for the museum and will appreciate contributions of material as well.

There are still some calendars for sale and a thank you again to all the businesses that sold them and everyone who bought them. The Pet Chalet was inadvertently left off of the list of businesses when thanked in a previous bulletin and their help was appreciated.
