Multicultural Calendar:  This site has been developed for KidLink students around the world. Search by holiday or country. (May not be accessible in school.)

Culture Quest World Tour:  This site from the Internet Public Library (IPL) helpts you to locate your country by continent.  If your country is listed... explore their many celebrations.

Cultural Profiles Project sponsored by Citizenship and Immigration Canada  provides an overview of life and customs in the profiled countries.  Search the list alphabetically to see if your country is listed.

World Book Online Ask your librarian for the login and password.  This is a good place to start and get basic information on your country.  Find out what religious and national holidays they celebrate.
