HR45 - The Last Gun Grab Bill.

This is it!

I have read this house bill and it is true. Here is a simple overview as read by myself at

 If you enjoy your Constitutional rights and liberties, then go here and do everything you can (lots of stuff) about it.

 Remember, if they can do this to one amendment, they can do it to all amendments.

 The Bill Summary

 You will be required to have a federal license to own any pistol or any firearm (includes hunting rifle) that has a detachable magazine, regardless if an antique or not.

This applies to any firearms obtained within two years prior to this bill. Here are the requirements for obtaining a license to bear arms, or put another way, to enjoy our Constitutional freedoms;

License Requirements

 Ø    Photograph, birth certificate, thumbprint

Ø    A written test for storage, handling, use, and any other subjects, as the Attorney General determines to be appropriate. Boy is this open ended? No limits as to what they can do.

Ø    Release of all mental health records. (I hope you have never seen a marriage counselor, or been diagnosed for depression.)

Ø    $25 application fee. Even after this, you can still be determined as ineligible.

 Here are the rules you agree to in order to enjoy your Constitutional rights.

Øfont face="Times New Roman" size="1">    Renewal after 5 years requires a new photo, proof of birth, and proof of address. If your renewal address is different than the address on your firearm license, you will be invited to live and dine at the Fed’s house.

Ø    If you somehow get on the unacceptable list, the license is automatically revoked.

Ø    You cannot give or sell you gun to anyone who is not licensed. Failure to comply??? An invitation to live and dine compliments of the Feds.

Ø    When you transfer, you must submit documents indicating your license, the buyers/receivers license, and anything they later determine.

Ø    Information must include; make and model, serial number, date sold. Failure to comply??? An invitation to live and dine compliments of the Feds.

Ø    Title 18 sentence prohibiting federal firearm registration is stripped from title 18.

Ø    Universal background check when buying gun from dealer.

Ø    Report a lost or stolen gun.

Ø    Report your change of address within 60 days. Failure to comply??? An invitation to live and dine compliments of the Feds.

Ø    Break any of the above and you qualify for free food and housing on the Feds for 2 years along with a hefty fine.

Ø    Failure to comply with the child protection part invites you for 10 years and an even more humongous fine.

Ø    States may not enact any laws, which would in any way reduce or prohibit this bill.

Ø    $$25 application fee. Even after this, you can still be determined as ineligible.

 This is the next and possibly final step in disarming all Americans, and to stop any and all rebellion to the liberal democrats when they decide to change our form of government from free enterprise Republic to anything you may imagine including communism. You’ll notice I said “when” and not “if”.
