What is Inspected

The six major areas of concern are:

-         SITE

-         FOUNDATION

-         ROUGH FRAMING/CARPENTRY

-         HEATING

-         PLUMBING

-         ELECTRICAL

In addition we look very carefully at:

-         ROOF

-         BRICK AND/OR SIDING

-         GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS

-         DOORS, WINDOWS

We also review and evaluate all the “finish” trades:

-         DRYWALL, PLASTER, PAINT

-         FINISH MECHANICALS (PLUMBING, HEAT AND ELECTRICAL)

-         TRIM CARPENTRY (INTERIOR DOORS, HARDWARE, ECT.)

-         CABINETS AND COUNTER TOPS

-         TILE WORK & FINISH FLOORS

At no extra charge we look at the appendages and/or any typical “out buildings”:

-         GARAGE (ATTACHED OR DETACHED)

-         STORAGE SHEDS

-         POLE BARNS

-         PORCH ENCLOSURES, ETC.

We are conscious of energy and it’s costs, so we are always looking at and for:

-         EXTERIOR CAULKING

-         INSULATION

-         WEATHER STRIPPING

-         AIR INFILTRATION

And there is no extra charge to observe the following:

-         SEAWALLS

-         BOAT HOUSES

       -   CRAWL SPACES
