Our Kid-Jujitsu classes offer your child the ability to learn how to defend themselves when fallen, knocked or taken down during a confrontation. We teach them how to fall (break falls) and how to properly take an assailant down to minimize contact to them and to the assailant. We teach the proper hold downs to effectively eliminate the possibility of being constantly struck by an assailant that may be benefiting by out sizing their victim. We also teach the effective escapes in case the victim is underneath their assailant. Our classes do not teach the ground and pound tactics or the severe arm bar submissions that are seen on TV in the Ultimate Fighting or World Extreme cage matches. We believe that the child's body must develop before getting that type of training. Our program is safe and effective for children ages 6-12 and teens ages 13 and 14.
