Check the contents of your shipment. You should have two metal mounting brackets, a ground cable, a bag with a screw and two clips (you don't use the clips), a "Y" cable, the Hybrid Stereo Adapter electronics board wrapped in pink insulating foam, an installation video, and an instruction sheet. Don't forget to read the instruction sheet, it may have updated information.
