Warranty and Return Policy
You can return the Hybrid Stereo Adapter for a full refund except for shipping
and handling provided the entire product is returned postage paid in new
condition within 7 days from when you receive it. This provides you with
an opportunity to view the installation video and return the product if it
doesn't meet your needs.
Limited Warranty
The Hybrid Stereo Adapter is warranted to the original purchaser to be free
of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date
of purchase. Harry Eaton ASSUMES NO LIABILITY for failures due to misuse,
modification, improper installation, abuse, or other causes of damage or
improper operation. Harry Eaton ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES TO OTHER
GOODS, PERSONS, OR PROPERTY INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
OR ANY CLAIM BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. In the event
of failure during the warranty period, send the unit to the address provided
with the product instructions and the manufacturer will repair or replace
it at their option. Any implied warranties including merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose are also limited in duration to one year
form the date of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
The MP3510 and MP3310 each come with a 1 year warranty from Jensen.
