Due to the complexity of this feed I will go over what you can listen to, but not the individual ID Tags. There a three digital systems on this scanner, Starcom21, Clear talk, and Ameran. Starcom is the digital system the State of Illinois is going to for State police and many out agencies. This feed is monitoring District 17 State Police. Cleartalk is a digital system that was created by a coop of utilities so the would have a reliable radio system. They have added other users in the area to help offset the cost of the system Ameran is a Digital system that is used by Ameran company. Ameran is a utility that provides Gas and Electric for a large portion of Illinois. They have also added other users to offset there systems operating cost.
