NEW PICTURE SECTION

Here are some details of the DIY cold air kit install. This picture shows the rear of the fog light bezel and the inside
of the fender. I used a simple Home Depot racing 3" to 3" rubber plumbing connector. This is glued to the bezel and
glued to the metal expandable hose with construction adhesive. The whole assembly is VERY sturdy. Notice I had
to cut the back of the fog light bezel to fit the collar on.

Below you can see the white collar finishing the exit where the metal ducting connects to the engine bay and blows
outside air right onto the SPT Intake. You can also see a small amount of the metal expandable hose. The very
next pic shows the parts I used.

These are the pieces I used. I think it's a shower drain. I used both gaskets to really seal it in there and you notice
above how the gasket follows the small contours very nicely. It looks pretty factory to me.

Here is another picture pulled back a bit to see the whole SPT intake and cold air exit.

Below is a picture of the Prodrive Center pipe I installed. It's an angled pic which makes it look as if the o2 sensor
is hitting the bottom of the car.

The next pictures show the navigation hardwired into the fuse box, the radar detector, the new Kenwood and the
2007 Limited Edition dash plastic installed. Notice I had to cover 2 holes which held the Limited Edition number plate.
I covered the 2 holes with an STI sticker off Ebay.

The radar detector and the navigation both turn off and on with the key. Very convenient
and there are almost no wires seen. There are no cigarette lighter adapters at all.
