Case with materials for drawers.
Sizing drawer fronts to fit openings and clean up the drawer front
edges.
Cutting drawer lip on ends with saw and chisel (cleaned up with plane).
Cutting lip on drawer front tops with plane. Clean up with same
shoulder plane used on ends.
Thumbnails cut with block and shoulder plane.
Cutting groove for drawer bottom.
Drawer parts cut and ready to dovetail. Bottoms will be cut then.
Total time for drawers is 2 1/2 hours.
Drawer sides now grooved for bottoms and planed smooth.
Tails marked on sides = ready for saw.
Total drawer time now 3 hours.
Drawers dovetailed and ready for final cleanup, glue and bottoms.
Total time on drawers now 6 hours.
Drawers together. They are fitted (not shown). Now have
7 1/2 hours on the drawers.
