Chocolate Clusters

Time: 10 minutes to assemble, hours to cool
Yield: as many as you want

Easy to make and good for Christmas presents.

Ingredients:
Semi-sweet chocolate bars or chips
Fillings:
     Dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots, cherries, berries, etc.)
     Orange zest
     Nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, peanuts, etc.)
     Dried, grated coconut
     Crisped rice
     Extracts (peppermint, almond, vanilla, etc.)
     Peppermint candies, crushed
     Caramel candies, chopped
     Flavored chips (white chocolate, peanut butter, mint, etc.)
     M&M's or Reises' pieces

Melt chocolate in the microwave on low, stirring frequently. Mix in your choice of filling. Spoon onto wax paper or aluminum foil and let dry at room temperature until hard and cool. (You may refrigerate or freeze them too, but these will melt in your fingers)
