Mom's French Toast

Time: 5 minutes per 1 or 2 slices
Servings: 2 slices per recipe

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tsp milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Butter
2 slices of bread, stale or toasted

Melt a little butter in a skillet. Whisk eggs and milk together with a fork in a bowl. Sprinkle half the cinnamon on top. Press a bread slice into eggs then turn and coat the other side. Fry bread in skillet until egg is cooked and browned on each side. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon on the eggs, soak another bread slice, and fry. Repeat recipe until enough is made to feed everyone. Fry any extra eggs in the skillet. Serve with maple syrup, fruit, and whipped cream. Yum!
