Ingredients:
12 oz pasta, shells or tubes
1 package soft Cheve cheese
3 sweet peppers, red, orange and/or yellow, cut into 1-in. strips
1 bunch kale, torn into pieces or shredded
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and put in a bowl. Toss with rest of the ingredients until pasta is evenly coated with cheve.
