This recipe is a favorite of my boyfriend's. It is quite garlicy - be warned!
Ingredients:
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
1/4 C soy sauce
1-4 cloves garlic
1/2 C water
1 C canola oil
1/2 C brewer’s or nutritional yeast flakes
Blend until smooth and pour over salad.
