| This was the 5th year for the Zydeco Cruise. We sailed out of Miami for the Eastern Carribean with ports of call as San Jaun, St. Thomas and St. Maartens for seven days of cruising, dancing, lessons, touring and just plain fun. (rf) | Carnival's New Boat -- The Victory carried 2758 passengers serviced by a staff of 1100 for a seven day sail. We departed on Sunday, November 3, 2002 with almost 300 dancers from 29 states and 5 foreign countries. (cc) |

| The unique tail/stack of the new Carnival ships are easily recognizable. (gh) | Before we got underway, many first toured the ship. Here we look down on the Lido deck.Much of our dancing was held on this floor towards the rear. (jb) |

| A sister ship, the Paradise, was waiting to leave at about the same time as we. (gh) | A bright sunny day makes the condos of Miami Beach quite visible. (gh) |
