Carolyn has over 30 years of accounting and computer experience, including Windows 95 through Windows 7, Windows Server 2000 through 2008, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visual FoxPro, and accounting software such as Adagio, ACCPAC Plus, Peachtree and Visual Accountmate. She was the ACCPAC Plus Qualified Installer of the Year for the United States in 1992.

Dorothy has over 13 years of experience in computer setup, installation, repair and networking, including Windows 95 through Windows 7 and Windows Server 2000 through 2008. She has extensive experience with Active Directory, Security Policies, Internet and Email issues, Remote Access, multiple Microsoft Office versions and various anti-virus and anti-malware products.
