As of yesterday, my book is now listed on amazon.com/borders.com and barnesandnoble.com.

My book is finally published!

This has been in the making for several years. I began it in 2004 and let it lay dormant until the summer of 2007. At the encouragement of several friends, I decided to finish the book.

It is my sincere hope that it is helpful to each and every reader. I would love to hear from people who have read it. I welcome suggestions and comments. I will write a 2nd edition, but have no set timetable on when that will occur.
