Cal West
Gymnastics was established in Fremont, California almost 20 years ago.
Since that time, thousands of gymnasts have had the opportunity to
develop not only superior gymnastic skills, but important life skills
such as perseverance, self discipline, good sportsmanship and
organization. Every gymnast is given the
 opportunity to progress at her
own pace, while also learning the value of team spirit and support.
Cal West is known for its biannual meet, the "Far West Invitational."
The first Far West was held at the Cal West gym for levels 8-10 in
1986, but due to its popularity, it has been expanded to include levels
5-7 and is held at a larger facility.
