As I work with clients, I encourage them to
think of themselves
as the leaders of a team, consisting of:
| CLIENTS: |
They bring to the effort their visions, ideas,
dreams, the physical and emotional expression of
how they want their spaces to nurture and support
daily activities. |
| | | ARCHITECT: | The architect brings years of talent, study and
experience relative to the formulation of spaces,
forms, looks, impressions,. Architecture is the
“liquid music” that expresses the clients’ vision
while respecting budget, site, existing conditions
and codes.

| CONTRACTOR: | The contractor’s team brings all of the work into
reality, approaching all work with craftsmanship,
quality, and pride in the execution of the work, on
time and within budget. |
The team is to be a group that respects each other, works and
communicates well with each other, and are focused on the
common goal of a well-executed and completed project.
