If your den/pack is attending camp on Weeks 1-3 (starting July 6, 13, or 20)
Your pre-camp meeting is
Thursday, May 21*

If your den/pack is attending camp on Weeks 4 or 5 (starting July 27 or August 3)
Your pre-camp meeting is
Thursday, May 28*

If you cannot attend the meeting for the correct week, you may attend the other meeting.

Both Pre-camp Leader Meetings will be held
at the Rock Creek LDS Church at 19180 NW West Union Road, Hillsboro,
from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

To have a smooth opening day at camp, each Pack must have a representative attend this meeting. The pre-camp meeting is designed to answer any questions you may have about attending Cub Scout Day Camp at Camp Ireland.

Meet the Camp Director and Program Director

Turn in medical forms and Junior Camp registration forms

Pay any remaining fees

Purchase t-shirts for the adults planning to attend camp

Meet other people who might be sharing your den site

See examples of a doodle stick, flag, etc.

The Program Director will go through a lot of details on what happens at camp

Things to bring to the pre-camp meeting:

Medical forms of ALL boys and adults attending camp, including junior campers

Junior camper registration forms (required so that we can plan adequate staffing)

Pack insurance information (if not already on registration)

Your questions.

Checkbook (if your Pack still owes fees)

*Please note: T-shirts will not yet be available at the meeting, but will be distributed at Camp Ireland on Saturday, June 13 from 9 AM to 1 PM. Remember that you MUST have paid all camp fees in full by the early-bird deadline and you MUST have turned in a FREE T-SHIRT ORDER FORM in order to receive your free t-shirts. If one or both of those things has not happened, you WILL NOT have t-shirts waiting for you at Camp Ireland on the 13th.
