Henry was paralyzed in June 2008 after a severe grand mal seizure.  Through his determination, he slowly regained strength.  Henry accompanied me to his 3rd lab nationals in 2008 and watched as an official retiree.  Approximately $1500 has been collected in his honor for canine epilepsy research.

Henry celebrated his 9th Birthday and official retirement from AKC Agility in October 2007 at Paducah Kennel Club Agility Trial.  I am very blessed to have such a  wonderful companion and agility partner.

Henry was diagnosed with Epilepsy at one year old.  He has been treated since then with Phenobarbital every day of his life to control seizures.  He continues to have occasional Grand Mal Seizures.  Please take a moment to view his videos below in tribute to his courage and PLEASE give to Canine Epilepsy Research of hopes of finding a cure for this terrible illness.
