The camp occupies 900 acres on Adams Pond (50 or more acres) which offers swimming,
boating, canoeing, small boat sailing, plus motor boating and water skiing (motor boats
not supplied by camp). The camp offers tent campsites, and winter cabins for overnight
groups, family camping, an activity field for athletics and camporees, boats and/or canoes
for overnight groups, and a dining hall and patrol cooking during summer camp, High
Adventure Programs (extended backpacking and/or canoe trips), and a extended Cub Scout
camp program, two archery ranges (target & 3-D), a complete C.O.P.E. (Challenging
Outdoor Physical Experinece) course, rifle and shotgun ranges, two handicraft centers, a
BMX track, and Scoutcraft, Trailblazer and Health and Safety Centers. They also have a
Full Service Quartermaster Center with Stoves, Chef Kits, Patrol Boxes, etc. In the winter
they offer Cross-Country Skiing Rental equipment for a small fee, FREE Snowshoeing, Ice
Fishing on Adams Pond and Sledding. Plus Discounts for Downhill Skiiing and Tubing at
Gunstock Mountain, a 45 minute drive from camp. Rental Fee information is not available at

Summer Camp Program
Their water front offers, Fishing, Sailboating, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Waterskiing, Polar
Bear Swim, Water Basketball, Water Polo, BSA Lifeguard, Water Volleyball, Watermelon
Tussles, Open Swims, Mile Swim, Snorkeling, Canoeing and Rowing. Field Sports Activities
include, Rifle Shoot, Shotgun Trap Shoot, Black Powder Muzzle Loader, 3-D Field Archery,
Target Archery, BMX Racing, Mountain Bike Trips, Volleyball, Flickerball and Ultimate
Frisbee. At their Handicraft Center you'll find Leatherworking, Basketry, Woodcarving and
Tye Dyeing. At their Scoutcraft Center you'll find Pirate's Breakfast, Overnight Outposts,
Dutch Oven Cooking, Utencilless Cooking, Tin Foil Cooking, Knot Instruction, Orienteering
Treasure Hikes, Low Impact Camping, Lashing and Rope Making Instruction, Totin' Chip,
Firem'm Chit, Paul Bunyan Axeman, Wilderness Survival Skills and Pioneering Projects. At
their Nature Center you'll find Nature Hikes, Star Hikes, Conservation Projects, Nature
Canoe Jaunts, Tree Identification, Scavenger Hunt, Bird Watching and Day Hikes.
