1	CAPS Hike to St. Helens Lake at Mt. St. Helens This was a 9 mile hike from Johnston Ridge to Arch Rock overlooking St. Helens Lake. The Date was July 12, 2003. Our Leader was Dr. Keith Swenson, President of DSA Portland, OR.

Says that in general, the restoration is happening much faster than Evolutionists suspected, but is exactly what Creationists continue to expect.
