The Cats Minnie is a tortoise-shell domestic long hair. Dumped at my parents house as a very young kitten, my mother took pity, Dreamer fell in love, and I started a campaign to bring her inside. When I moved into my own home, Minnie was sent to be with Dreamer. Minnie is 17.5 years old, fat, healthy, and Queen Bee. She suffers the attention of Sammy and Ebony with only a rare word of complaint. Minnie recently gave me a health scare, but has recovered to be as demanding as ever. She lost a lot of muscle tone so rarely comes upstairs without my insistence.
Mickey was Verity's cat. He always went to her and asked that she pet his head - and she obliged with a lick. Mickey joined Verity at the Rainbow Bridge on May 20, 2002. Robbie and I will miss him...
