Long, long ago
before Humans moved to their land. Isavah told this story to her
children about when she was a little girl. For those who have not
met Isavah, she is a very, wise coyote.
Long ago, in the Sierra Nevada Mountains where Isavah lived her family was building the magic circle. But at the time there was something missing. So it was decided that her family had to meet another family (pack) to help them with their magic circle.
A few days later, another family arrived to make their magic circle. They told Isavah’s family that they had to move from the Rocky Mountains because there were Humans (the First People) being made and now lived where they came from. They offered to help Isavah’s family make their circle if they were allowed to make a circle close to Isavah’s circle.
The two families agreed to work together building their magic circles. But when they completed their circles they discovered that the circles were connected.
Isavah had many friends from the other family. One day, when she was a young lady, she married one of her friends.
And that is a story from my past.
The End
Because of this joining of circles there are now many connected circles in California.
