Is this an UFO event?

The photographs were taken in San Diego, California during the evening; looking southwest.  The sun has already set.  The building in the foreground is the gym of an elementary school.  The low clouds in the background are a fog bank rolling in from the ocean; tops of the fog bank are approximately 200 feet above sea level.  What is interesting is that there were one light and a white streak in the sky, then two lights, then the larger light with the "L" shaped shadow-like mark across the light.
