Fees Required for Filings Under The

Carlisle Local Wetlands Protection Bylaw

 

 

Following a public hearing held October 24, 2002, duly advertised in the local newspaper,  the Carlisle Conservation Commission unanimously adopted the following fees allowed by the 2002 Local Wetland Protection Bylaw revision.  These fees are effective immediately.  All filings under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act must be co-filed under the Carlisle Local Wetlands Protection Bylaw.

 

        1).        Request For Determination of Applicability (RDA)   $50

 

        2).        Abbreviated Notice of Intent     $50

 

        3).        Notice of Intent (NOI)

                       Category #1   $110

 

                       Category #2   $275

 

                       Category #3   $500 + $2/lf to $1000

 

                       Category #4   $500 + $.25/sf

 

                       Category #6 (ANRAD)        $.50/lf to $500

 

        4).        Amended Notice of Intent     $50

 

        5).        Extension Permit        $75

 

        6).        Certificate of Compliance (for current “Orders”) $0

 

        7).        Certificate of Compliance (for expired “Orders”) $75

 

        8).        Riverfront      No additional fee
