These are general instructions on editing your stationery to personalize it just a little more.
Part A:  To not have music with the stationery.
Part B:  To change the e-mail address.
Part C:  To change the music to a different song.
Part D:  To change any other words to your specifications.

Part A:

If you would like to not have the music on any stationery I have created for you, then follow the instructions below:

1.  Open WordPad (or Notepad)
2.  Choose File, Open
3.  Navigate your way to the stationery directory
4.  Change the "Files Of Type" to read "All Documents"
5.  Double click on the stationery you want to edit
6.  Delete the following section (the name of the song will be different.  This example shoes the music called rose.mid

OR it may look like this to delete:

7.  Close WordPad (or Notepad) and choose Yes to save, then click on Text Document.

Part B:

If you want to change the e-mail address follow these instructions:
1.  Follow instructions 1-5 as listed in Part A above
2.  Change the e-mail address located toward the end of the file
3.  Close WordPad as described in #7 above

Part C:

If you want to change the music to another song, follow the these instruction:

1.  Follow instructions 1-5 as listed in Part A above
2.  Change the name of the midi file to the name of the new midi you want to use.  The word for the song:

You must be sure the the song you are going to use in the the stationery directory directly (NOT in any other directory or sub-directory)

Part D:
To change any other words in the stationery so you don't have to do it manually everytime:
1.  Follow instructions 1-5 as listed in Part A above
2.  Find the words you want to change and just change it.  Most likely they will not be hard to find, but be careful to change only the specific words that show up on the stationery.  Such as changing something like:  From: Tracy & Mark to something of your choice like:  From My Desk.
This would also be used for changing words in scrolling text like Daily Quotes
